Key management personnel

The main think tank of the company or ‘Team Dorset’ as they prefer to be known comprises Rajesh Bansal, Founder Chairman & Managing Director of the Dorset Group, Saurabh Bansal, Joint Managing Director, and Takshay Bansal, Joint Managing Director.

Together, they formulate the company strategies, hold the fort, and steer the ship toward newer and higher levels of greatness.

Mr. Rajesh Bansal

Mr. Rajesh Bansal is the Founder Chairman & Managing Director of Dorset Group. Under his leadership, the Dorset Group has emerged as a leading provider of door locks and hardware solutions and occupies an important position in the industry. Rajesh Bansal leads the entire strategic thinking & operational business delivery at Dorset. He directly oversees Dorset’s user, product, engagement, and revenue growth strategy across all applications. Decades of leadership experience in practical development marketing and partnerships give him the capabilities to drive the organization to greater heights. He chairs the Dorset Group’s Board of Directors and mentors various business leaders.

He represents various Trade and Manufacturers Bodies at different platforms.

Rajesh has a B.Com (Hons) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

Mr. Saurabh Bansal

As Joint Managing Director Saurabh has been the key architect of the Group’s focus to be a more brand-driven organization. He heads the Strategic Marketing Group (SMC) and chairs the marketing initiatives of the Group. Under his leadership, Dorset has rapidly expanded its market presence across various verticals, in different countries.

In 2015, Saurabh was conferred the “Emerging Business Leader” Award at the WCRC International Brand Summit. He has also been bestowed with the ‘India’s Most Influential Entrepreneurs’ Award in 2018 by Elite Media at its National Entrepreneurs Conclave.

Saurabh has done his Business Administration from Bradford University, U.K. He also holds a degree in Marketing and Marketing Communications from the Haas School of Business (University of Berkeley, California).

Mr. Takshay Bansal

Takshay Bansal, Joint Managing Director of Dorset Group has played an instrumental role in shaping and transforming the Group’s strategy. He heads the Strategic Operations Group (SOG) at Dorset and chairs its manufacturing and developmental initiatives.

Under his leadership, Dorset has developed a strong, engaged, and ambitious team that is actively involved in the expansion of the Group. As a keen environmentalist, he has also undertaken the responsibility of ensuring that Dorset stays at the forefront of sustainable development and has overseen its implementation across various functions.

He is deeply committed to helping the Group in achieving its mission of “Dorset Inside” and a “Great Place to Work”. Takshay did his B.Com (Hons) from the University of Delhi. He also holds a degree in B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Bradford University, a diploma in Marketing and Marketing Communications from Haas School of Business (University of Berkeley, California), and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad to his portfolio.
